I hired the owner Ross as a consultant on my energy efficient home project in Methuen, MA. He helped me design a system that would qualify for the MassSave All Electric Home Incentive. His company was too far away to perform the install but the consultation services were excellent.

Be presented a system that included both ducted and ductless air source heat pumps, kitchen exhaust fan and make up air system, and ERVs all in accordance with the new 2023 MA code as well as the local Methuen Stretch Code.

Very impressed with Ross and his team who replaced my on demand system that was 15 years old, and that gave me problems and annoying  inconsistent water temperatures. Ross listened and did not try to over sell me a system I did not need. Went from a complicated system with lots of points of failure to a basic burner and holding tank.  Our showers stay a constant temperature no more hot and cold cycles. Wasting less water as it comes in hot when washing dishes. My home feels more comfortable with the humidity element added. His team Kevin, Zac and Choy got the job done in one day, left the space clean, and fixed a couple of maintenance things on second HVAC that supports an addition. On the day of installation Ross and his crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional, executed the process smoothly and methodically and exhibited strong knowledge and experience in their field.
